The 10th EUROFOODWATER Conference on Water in Food is organised in Prague from 19 to 21 September 2018.

This will be the tenth Conference in a series of workshops and conferences held in Ispra, Italy – 2000, Reims, France – 2002, Lausanne, Switzerland – 2004, Brussels, Belgium, 2006, Nürtingen, Germany – 2008, Reims, France – 2010, Helsinki, Finland – 2012, Timisoara, Romania – 2014 and Leuven, Belgium in 2016.

This conference is a regular event among technical meetings for engineers and scientists working in the fields of water determination, water activity and water interactions with biological molecules.

This 10th International Conference on Water in Food will be held in the residence of the Czech Chemical Society. It is located within walking distance of the Prague old city centre.

Registration and get-together party start the conference on the 19th of September, 2018. Official opening of the conference is scheduled on 20th of September and closing of the conference is scheduled on the 21st of September, in the afternoon.
