SUMMARY:18th International Conference on Polysaccharides and Glycoscience
DESCRIPTION:Dear colleagues\, friends and all chemists\, \nthe 18th International Conference on Polysaccharides and Glycoscience (ICPG) will be held in person at Novotného lávka 5\, from November 9 to 11\, 2022 under the auspice of the Czech Chemical Society and cooperation with the Department of Carbohydrates and Cereals\, UCT Prague. This 18th year continues a long tradition of ICPG conferences. We would like to continue in the essence of our conference\, which will be focused on the structural characterization and biological activities of polysaccharides as well as their technological production and application as biodegradable materials. \nThis conference belongs to the activities of the international organization EuCheMS and of the organization Chemistry Europe.\nProceedings of the 18th ICPG will include abstracts and fulltexts and will be published in the paper and online version this year. We encourage young scientists to sing to the Young Scientific Award for lecture and poster sections. \nSpecial thanks to the companies that support this 18th conference. Their logos and short communications will be included in the proceedings. We suppose that the Web of Science will accept these proceedings\, as it was done in previous years. \nWe will open our 18th ICPG traditionally in ART CAFE\, Karlova 2\, Staré Město\, Prague\, with glass of wine. \nIf you decide to participate in the 18th ICPG\, we believe that you will enjoy it and that this conference will meet your expectations as well. \nFor the Scientific Committee\nRoman Bleha\, Jana Čopíková\, Evžen Šárka
